# User Agreement

Updated: April 28, 2026

Welcome to Suibo Breathing. Before using this app and related services, please carefully read and fully understand this Suibo Breathing User Agreement “Agreement”. By downloading, installing, opening, browsing, or using Suibo Breathing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please stop using this app and related services.

### 1. Scope of This Agreement

This Agreement applies to your use of the Suibo Breathing app and related services provided by Jiacheng Wang “we,” “us,” or “our”.

The main services of Suibo Breathing include breathing exercise guidance, immersive audio playback, breathing-related educational content, practice records, and other features related to breathing practice, relaxation, and focus.

This Agreement applies to all users. Some features may be provided free of charge, while some features may require a membership, subscription, or other paid purchase.

If you download, purchase, or subscribe to services related to this app through the Apple App Store or other app distribution platforms, you must also comply with the applicable terms of service, payment rules, and subscription management rules of those platforms.

### 2. Services

Suibo Breathing provides features such as breathing rhythms, preparation countdowns, practice prompts, practice summaries, ambient audio playback, audio timers, and breathing-related educational content.

The breathing exercises, educational content, audio, and prompts provided in this app are intended only for general wellness management, relaxation, focus, and self-practice reference. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment advice, rehabilitation plans, or professional medical advice.

We may adjust, update, suspend, or terminate features, content, interfaces, paid benefits, or service forms based on product planning, operational needs, technical conditions, or compliance requirements.

You understand and agree that some features may depend on device system capabilities, network connection, location permission, background audio permission, app store payment capabilities, or third-party services. If the relevant conditions are unavailable, some features may not function properly.

### 3. User Conduct

When using this app, you must comply with applicable laws and regulations, platform rules, and this Agreement. You must not:

1. Interfere with, damage, attack, or bypass the normal operation, payment verification, membership entitlement verification, data storage, or security mechanisms of this app in any way.
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, crack, tamper with, or redistribute this app without authorization, except where expressly permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
3. Copy, distribute, sell, rent, adapt, publicly display, or use for commercial purposes any audio, images, text, interface design, animations, code, or other content in this app without our written consent.
4. Use this app to engage in illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harmful, or platform-damaging activities.
5. Affect the normal services of this app or any third-party platform through automated scripts, plug-ins, abnormal emulator calls, or similar methods.

If you violate this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations, we reserve the right to take measures within a reasonable scope, including restricting features, suspending services, terminating services, and pursuing legal liability.

### 4. Health and Safety Notice

The breathing exercises provided in this app may not be suitable for everyone. Some exercises may include longer breath holds or controlled breathing rhythms. Pregnant individuals, people with high blood pressure, severe asthma, cardiopulmonary diseases, recent major illness or surgery, and anyone who experiences obvious discomfort during practice should use this app with caution and under the guidance of a qualified medical professional.

If you experience dizziness, chest tightness, palpitations, difficulty breathing, pain, intense anxiety, or any other discomfort during practice, please stop immediately and seek medical assistance if necessary.

Do not engage in immersive practice or prolonged audio listening while driving, operating machinery, swimming, bathing, working at heights, or in any other situation that requires continuous attention or may pose safety risks.

The educational content in this app is based on general wellness knowledge and product presentation. It is not guaranteed to be suitable for your specific physical condition. You should make a reasonable judgment based on your own circumstances before using the relevant features.

### 5. Free Services and Paid Services

Suibo Breathing may provide both free features and paid features. The scope of free features is subject to what is actually displayed in the app.

Paid features may include, but are not limited to, free practice mode, more immersive audio, full sound content, custom breathing rhythms or practice duration, and future members-only features or content.

The specific names, prices, billing cycles, service content, membership benefits, trial periods, promotional conditions, and other details of paid items are subject to the information displayed on the purchase page, App Store purchase prompt, subscription management page, or related campaign page.

We may provide eligible users with free trials, limited-time discounts, special prices, redemption codes, promotional offers, or other campaign benefits based on marketing campaigns, user growth activities, holiday promotions, product testing, or other operational needs. These campaigns may be subject to restrictions such as applicable regions, eligible users, valid periods, redemption limits, and subscription status. The specific terms are subject to the campaign page or App Store display.

We reserve the right to adjust the scope of paid features, membership benefits, campaign formats, and pricing strategies based on product operations. For benefits that have already been purchased and remain valid, we will protect your existing rights and benefits within the scope permitted by applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules.

### 6. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, the subscription will automatically renew before the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it according to Apple App Store rules before the current subscription period ends.

Auto-renewable subscriptions may include monthly, annual, or other periods displayed in the app. The actual subscription types, prices, and periods available for purchase are subject to what is displayed in the App Store or in-app purchase page.

If a subscription includes a free trial, the trial period, price after the trial ends, billing cycle, and auto-renewal rules are subject to the purchase confirmation page or App Store display. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the displayed standard price.

If a subscription includes a discount, promotional price, or other promotional benefit, the subscription may automatically renew at the standard price displayed by the App Store after the promotional period ends, unless you cancel before renewal.

You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription in the Apple ID subscription management page on your iOS device. The usual path is: Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions. The exact path may vary depending on your system version.

Deleting this app, stopping use of this app, or disabling related permissions usually does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel it manually in the Apple ID subscription management page.

If you change devices, reinstall the app, or your subscription status is not synced in time, you can use the “Restore Purchases” feature in the app or check your subscription status through the App Store subscription management page.

### 7. One-Time Purchases and Long-Term Support Benefits

If this app offers one-time purchases, long-term support, lifetime membership, or similar non-auto-renewing paid items, such items usually do not renew automatically after purchase. The specific details are subject to the purchase page and App Store display.

If terms such as “long-term support” or “lifetime membership” appear in the app, they generally mean that you may use the corresponding paid benefits while this app continues to operate, the relevant features remain supported, and your purchase record remains valid. Such terms do not mean that this app, specific content, third-party services, or all features will exist permanently or never be adjusted.

If relevant features need to be changed, suspended, or terminated due to laws and regulations, platform policies, technical conditions, copyright authorization, service security, force majeure, or major product adjustments, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through in-app notices, release notes, or other appropriate methods.

### 8. Payment, Refunds, and Invoices

For paid items purchased through the Apple App Store, Apple or its designated entity handles payment, billing, refunds, taxes, and invoice-related matters. You must comply with Apple’s payment terms and refund rules.

If you need to request a refund, you usually need to submit the request through Apple’s official channels. We cannot directly control the result of Apple’s refund review.

Unless otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations or required by platform rules, digital content, membership benefits, or subscription services that have been purchased and activated may not be refundable directly by us.

The actual prices of paid items may vary depending on region, currency, taxes, exchange rates, platform rules, or promotional activities. Before purchasing, please refer to the information displayed on the final App Store confirmation page.

### 9. Account, Device, and Data

Suibo Breathing may currently identify your membership benefits and purchase status through your device, local data, Apple App Store purchase records, subscription management services such as RevenueCat, or similar methods.

Your practice records, preference settings, audio selections, timer settings, and other data may be stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app, changing devices, clearing system data, or using system migration features may result in local data loss or incomplete recovery.

For matters related to personal information processing, please refer to this app’s Privacy Policy. If there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Privacy Policy regarding personal information processing, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.

### 10. Intellectual Property

The software code, interface design, interaction design, images, icons, animations, audio, text, layout, trademarks, names, and other content in this app and related services are owned by us or our lawful licensors, except for content that legally belongs to third-party rights holders.

Without prior written permission from us or the relevant rights holders, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lend, adapt, compile, scrape, publicly display, publicly play, or use the above content for commercial purposes in any way.

You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use this app for personal and non-commercial purposes, provided that you comply with this Agreement.

### 11. Third-Party Services

This app may integrate third-party services or system capabilities such as Apple App Store, StoreKit, RevenueCat, weather or air quality data services, system location services, email, sharing, ratings, and external web pages.

Third-party services may be independently provided by the relevant third parties and may be subject to their own terms of service, privacy policies, payment rules, or data processing rules. Before using the relevant features, you should read and understand the applicable third-party rules.

If any abnormality occurs in certain features of this app due to third-party service failures, rule adjustments, network issues, system restrictions, data delays, or unavailability, we will make reasonable efforts to adapt or fix the issue. However, we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or continuity of any third-party service itself.

### 12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the normal operation of this app and the accuracy of its content. However, we do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully compatible with all devices, or always meet your specific needs.

The breathing knowledge, practice suggestions, air quality displays, and other explanatory content in this app are for general reference only. Any health, exercise, medical, or lifestyle decisions you make based on this app’s content should be made at your own discretion, and you should consult professionals when necessary.

You are responsible for losses caused by your violation of this Agreement, violation of applicable laws and regulations, misuse of this app, failure to follow safety notices, device or network issues, third-party service issues, force majeure, or similar circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from the use of or inability to use this app.

### 13. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination

We may temporarily interrupt, suspend, or change part of the services due to product updates, maintenance, bug fixes, server adjustments, changes in third-party services, compliance requirements, or operational arrangements.

If service changes, interruptions, or termination occur, we will make reasonable efforts to reduce the impact on users and, where appropriate, notify users through in-app notices, release notes, or other methods.

If you violate this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate all or part of the services provided to you and to pursue liability in accordance with the law.

### 14. Use by Minors

Minors should use this app and related services with the consent and guidance of their legal guardians.

If a minor purchases paid items or subscription services, the consent of their legal guardian should be obtained. Guardians should reasonably manage the minor’s device, account, payment permissions, and usage behavior.

If a guardian discovers that a minor has made an unauthorized purchase or is using this app in an inappropriate manner, the guardian may contact us using the contact information provided in this Agreement and, at the same time, manage the subscription or request a refund according to Apple’s rules.

### 15. Updates to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement based on laws and regulations, platform rules, product features, paid service models, or operational needs.

After this Agreement is updated, we will notify users through in-app display, website announcement, release notes, or other reasonable methods. The updated Agreement will take effect from the effective date stated in the announcement or notice.

If you continue to use this app and related services after the Agreement is updated, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the updates, please stop using the relevant services.

### 16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding its conflict of laws rules.

Any dispute arising from this Agreement or the services of this app shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a competent people’s court.
